I AM NEW TO USING CANNABIS, WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
If you’re new, you’re in good hands! Our staff can walk you through different product types (flower, edibles, vapes, topicals, and more) and help you find something that matches your comfort level. We recommend starting low and going slow, especially with edibles, and always consuming responsibly. Bring your questions, and we’ll guide you.

IS STORY A MEDICAL OR RECREATIONAL PROVISIONING CENTER?
Story serves adult-use (recreational) customers who are 21+ with valid ID. If your location also offers medical sales, we’ll be happy to let you know at check-in.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept cash and ATMs are available on-site for your convenience. Credit cards cannot be used due to federal regulations.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE FOR IN-STORE PICKUP?
Yes! You can browse our live menu online, add items to your cart, and reserve your order for same-day pickup. You’ll pay when you arrive, and we’ll have everything ready for you.
DO YOU HAVE A LOYALTY PROGRAM?

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, we offer on-site parking for your convenience. Availability may vary by location, but our staff can point you to the right spot when you arrive.

Due to the U.S. Treasury discontinued the production of pennies, Story Cannabis is no longer able to make exact change down to the penny for all transactions. Accordingly, starting on November 22nd, all transactions will be handled as follows:
