Ohio Return Policy
In accordance with Ohio Administrative Code 1301:18-8-12, cannabis products purchased from our dispensary may be eligible for return within 30 calendar days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns:

• Defective products, which will be destroyed per regulatory requirements

• Products that do not match the item stated on the purchase receipt

• Cannabis products that were mislabeled by the maker of such product

Return Conditions:

• Returns must be made at the same location where the product was purchased

• Customers must present proof of purchase

• A full refund of the purchase price of the product will be provided at the time of return

• If applicable, a patient’s days’ supply will be adjusted to reflect the return

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used unless they meet the conditions above. For questions or support with a return, please contact your local dispensary team.
