What is the Story Cannabis Return Policy?
Ohio Return Policy
In accordance with Ohio Administrative Code 1301:18-8-12, cannabis products purchased from our dispensary may be eligible for return within 30 calendar days of the purchase date under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns:
- Defective products, which will be destroyed per regulatory requirements
- Products that do not match the item stated on the purchase receipt
- Cannabis products that were mislabeled by the maker of such product
Return Conditions:
- Returns must be made at the same location where the product was purchased
- Customers must present proof of purchase
- A full refund of the purchase price of the product will be provided at the time of return
- If applicable, a patient’s days’ supply will be adjusted to reflect the return
